Ellie Jules Easy 30-Day Returns

At Ellie Jules, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit — excluding any original shipping costs.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, including tags, dust covers, authenticity cards, and any protective tapes

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry can only be returned if the tamper-evident seal or sealed hygiene bag remains unopened

  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery


How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at contact@elliejules.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive a Return Label
    Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please attach it securely to your parcel.

  3. Send It Back
    Hand the parcel to our shipping partner and be sure to obtain a Proof of Postage. Ellie Jules is not responsible for items lost in transit without this proof.

  4. Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
    Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're based in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. All items must still meet the return conditions listed above.
